In 2006 he writes and produces "Alice Sings The Petterson Songbook" with his band of the same name. The album contains a minor radio hit, ”Take Another Look”, and it received really good reviews, especially in Germany, where the band also tours.
In co-operation with his friend, producer and drummer, Mads Andersen, he produces a solo effort, "In The Pink", released in 2010. Stylistically, it reaches into the far corners of popular music, the main thread being Petterson’s ability to use and renew musical genres, leaving his personal stamp on each of them. In recent years he has continued work with Alice Sings as well as writing and scoring the musical "(B)romance" and trying his hand at pieces for classical ensembles.
